We would be grateful to hear from LINks members with their nominations for a quality award within the categories listed above.
We are particularly interested in your nominations for the “Patients Choice Award”.
This is the first year we have included this award which aims to showcase a service or individual that has had a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of patients or their carers in Liverpool.
The short listed nominations for the “Patient Choice Award” will be given the opportunity to present at the Quality Health Council on the 14th of September.
LINks members are invited to attend and review the nominations for the Patient Choice Award and consequently decide the winner.
