What is the Advocacy Right Hub?

The Advocacy Rights Hub is a new service that provides a single point of contact for any Liverpool resident who wants help in standing up for themselves, or someone they know. Some people might call about a problem that they have themselves. Other people might be worried about a friend, neighbour or relative and want to talk about how best to support them.

How can the Hub help?

The Hub’s Information Workers

  • listen to callers
  • help them work out their next steps to deal with their concern or problem
  • suggest organisations and services that could help and put callers in contact with them.

The Hub is independent of the City Council and all other agencies that provide direct services and does not provide advocacy or advice itself.

How to contact them?
