Vascular services in Cheshire and Merseyside are changing. NHS organisations are keen to bring arterial services together on a smaller number of sites, to concentrate clinical expertise and improve outcomes for patients.
To inform patients, carers, the public and local politicians, about the changes and their implications, NHS Knowsley will hold a consultation event on:
Thursday 10 February 2011 12.30 pm - 3.00 pm at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, Winwick Road, Warrington WA2 7NE.
Below is a programme for the event. Attendance is by registration only, and if you would like to come, please email or phone Jackie Robinson (jacqueline.robinson@knowsley.nhs.uk / 0151-244 3459).
A full detailed explanation of the change proposals will take place at the event. However, you can access the consultation background information via your on local PCT websites, or you can contact Jackie Robinson, who can arrange for this to be sent to you by post.
The venue is accessible by local Motorway links, and if you need transport to attend the event please tell us when you call to register. It is fully accessible for disabled access, but if any further needs (e.g. use of a hearing loop being available, special dietary or religious requirements) please do let us know and we will accommodate this to ensure your access is supported.
