With Public Law Barrister, Stephen Broach

1.00pm -3.30pm 8th Sept 2011 at Neurosupport, Norton St, Liverpool

“Significant Cuts” in social care funding and services are causing a great deal of fear and distress amongst disabled people and their families.

Neurosupport want to help individuals and the organisations that support them to understand their LEGAL RIGHTS and to be able to challenge refusal or reduction of service in the most appropriate and quickest way.

One way to challenge public body decisions is by the process of Judicial Review.

Goodmans Law based in Waterloo are having significant success with their Judicial Review applications working closely with Public Law Specialist Barrister Stephen Broach Barrister from Doughty Street Chambers in London.

Neurosupport is pleased to announce that, on 8th September, Stephen Broach is presenting a seminar that will give a basic knowledge of public law strategies and what individuals and organisations can do to make themselves heard and how to challenge the “cuts”.

Cost of Seminar is:

• £25 (professional—eg: law, health, social care, advocacy)

• £5 (general public—eg: carers, patients, disabled person)

To book your place, please complete the attached form, and return directly to Neurosupport with a cheque payable to ‘Neurosupport’ for the appropriate amount.
