LINk to Healthwatch - The questionnaire

We are currently looking at the implications of the White Paper with specific focus on its references to building on Local Involvement Networks into Healthwatch and the additional responsibilities this will bring around complaints advocacy and sign posting services.

Healthwatch will come into being in April 2012 and next year for LINk will be a transitional period in which it needs to build on its foundation, enabling it to be adapt and be ready to deliver the additional responsibilities.

To enable us to retain the good practice that Liverpool LINk has developed, we’d be really interested in your opinions on the questions within the questionnaire below.

Any information you tell us will be kept anonymous and that your views are very important to us as they will help us to inform the plans for the transitional period. The equality and diversity info is kept separate and will be kept private and confidential.
