Foodbank Project: This month we have been involved with the local Frontline Centre, who operates a project called Foodbank. This project aims to give an emergency food pack containing three days of nutritionally balanced, non-perishable food to people experiencing emotional or financial crisis. Dr Jude’s practice can issue food vouchers, and the Frontline Centre currently runs 2 days a week from the Frontline Cafe on Lawrence Road: Mondays, 11am-3pm & Fridays, 1-4pm.
The Frontline Centre is also looking for volunteers to help sort food, and also donations from any local businesses and individuals.
Please take a look at their website for further information www.frontline.org.uk

Finally, we would like to thank you, the local community, for your support with the centre’s anti-vandalism campaign. We have received lots of feedback from local residents and we are pleased to report that we have had no incidents of vandalism for the past 2 months. Thank you again!
