Hello LINk members, Have you or someone you care about (a partner, relative or friend) had to use the ambulance service in the last 12 months or so?
Either in an emergency or non-emergency situation.
Would you like an opportunity to tell North West Ambulance Service about your experience? Was it good, bad or indifferent? Would you also like to give your opinions about what information patients require from the Ambulance Service?
Liverpool LINk is currently working with North West Ambulance Service to arrange a focus group which will give you the opportunity to have your say about your own experiences - please see below for further information.
We are looking for approximately 15 LINk members to take part in the session which will last between 2 and 3 hours and will take place at LCVS, 151 Dale Street. No date has been set yet.
