The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) process describes current and future health and social care needs across the city to inform and influence the commissioning process across both health and social care.
Since the ‘baseline’ JSNA report in 2008, and subsequent JSNA Update 2010 highlighting key areas of need, Liverpool PCT in conjunction with Liverpool City Council and partner agencies have been developing a web based JSNA portal to bring together and make widely accessible the intelligence to provide a picture of health and social care need across the city.
