Time to Change, England’s biggest campaign to end mental health discrimination, is hitting the streets and festivals of England this summer with a series of roadshows aimed at getting the nation talking.
We’re coming to Liverpool city centre on 24 September 2011 and we’re looking for volunteers to help us break the silence around mental health. This is a great opportunity to be part of England’s most ambitious campaign to end mental health discrimination.
We are just asking for three hours of volunteers’ time to help us start conversations with the public.
We’ll give you full training and support, pay your travel expenses and provide refreshments.
If you’re keen to be involved, get in touch and we’ll give you more information:
• Email volunteer@time-to-change.org.uk
• Call or text Lizzie on 07827 967430
• Post: Lizzie Green Time to Change Freepost RRRR-YSUJ-ZYLB 15-19 Broadway London E15 4BQ.
We’re also working with local partners in each area – so if you are an organisation that would like to be involved or could help us find volunteers, please get in touch. Find out more about Time to Change at www.time-to-change.org.uk or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/timetochange
