I am interested in standing for election to the LINk Core Group when the opportunity arises. I understand that, if I am elected to the Core Group, I may be asked to visit and report back on local health and social care services and that I will therefore be required to undergo a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check. I also understand that I may be asked to Chair 'Taks and Finish' groups reporting on priorities identified in the LINk work plan.
I am interested in becoming actively involved in 'Task and Finish' groups working on priorities identified in the LINk work plan, particularly where these issues match the areas of interest I have identified in this LINk membership form.
I would like to be kept informed about Liverpool LINk through regular bulletins and updates. I am happy to take part in on-line or other surveys about health and social care and to attend public meetings training and events organised by the LINk where relevant to me.
