How do I use the Accessibility options?
Depending on your requirements – you can make it easier to read our website. Across the top of the page you will find a range of options:
- By clicking on the A’s you can change the text size of the writing on the site.
- By clicking on High contrast – you will get a high coloured contrast background to make it easier to read.
- By clicking on Text only – you will get a simpler page layout – with no colour or background graphics.
- By clicking on - Print this page – you will get a print off, providing you have a printer linked up to your PC.
- The flags across the top will translate the pages on the website into other languages for you. Click on the one you require.
How do I access the members area?
If you are a Liverpool LINk member – you can login by entering your email address and your password. To become a LINk member, simply click on the Get Involved page, and enter your details as requested. You will get an email back letting you know your new password.
How do I sign up to your Newsletter?
Under e-News type in your email address in the box and click submit. This will add your email address to our database and you will receive our Newsletters and bulletins to your inbox.
How do I submit an issue?
Click on the ‘submit your issue’ box which can be found on any of the pages on the website. Another form will appear on the screen when you do this. Please fill in as much detail as possible on your Health & Social Care issue. Once you have filled it in, click on submit at the bottom of the form. We will respond to your issue as soon as possible, so please remember to leave your contact details.

How do I read the latest News?
Across the top of the home page are tabs – to find out the latest News from Liverpool LINk, click on news and this will take you to the News page - there is a brief summary of each of the articles, as well as the main title. To find out more about a news item – click on the title and this will take you to the full article.
How do I access the Publications?
Across the top of the home page are tabs – to find see the latest publications from Liverpool LINk, click on publications and this will take you to the publications page. Click on the title of the publication you are interested in and this will open a text box where you can decide whether to open or download the publication.
How do I get more involved with LINk?
To get more involved with LINk, from responding to surveys, to receiving newsletters, invites to meetings and getting your opinion on Health & Social Care matters, you can fill in the form on the Get Involved page. Just type in the bank boxes and click on Next at the bottom of the page to continue onto the next page. As you finish on Step 4, click on submit
How do I find out what Events are happening?
To find out what events LINk has on – the events page will show a calendar. Any events that appear on the calendar to the right of the page will have the day highlighted in green. Click on this day to find out what is going on. You can search for a particular event by using the search events box and clicking the search button to the right of it.
How do I contact the team?
To contact us at Liverpool LINk – on the contact page you can see who is on the LINk support team and their role. There is a Freepost address, as well as a telephone, fax, and email address available. The location of our Dale St office is on the map on the right of the page.
How do I search the website?
To do a search on the website – type in what you are looking for in the ‘search this site’ box, then click on search to the right of it. It will produce a list of results with the words you searched for.
