Who is the consultation event for?
You are invited to join us at the consultation event to consultation event of Liverpool City Council’s Transformation of Adult Social Care In-House Services.
The consultation event is for anyone who uses, or plans to use Liverpool City Council’s in-house adult social care services. This includes parents, carers, advocates and professionals with an interest in learning disability, physical disability, transition, older people, those with dementia and young people in transition.
What is the consultation event for?
The consultation event is to bring everyone together who has an interest in the services.
• To listen to what they have to say about the plans for change.
• To ask people to join a smaller group (the Independent Group) that will go out to services, gather information and share it with Liverpool City Council and other interested people.
What will you have to do?
Just turn up on the day, listen to some presentations and take part in some activities in smaller groups. You can decide if you want to be involved in the Independent Group later in the day.
